Once upon a time, in a sky full of twinkling stars, there was a little star named Twinkle. Twinkle was smaller than the others and often felt lonely. She wanted to shine as brightly as her friends, but no matter how hard she tried, her light was soft and faint.
“Why can’t I shine like you?” Twinkle asked her friend Sparkle. Sparkle was the brightest star in the sky. “Sometimes, you just need to believe in yourself,” Sparkle replied with a warm glow.
One night, a little girl named Mia looked up at the sky. “I wish I could see a star up close,” she whispered. Twinkle heard Mia’s wish and decided to help. She jumped down from the sky and landed gently in Mia’s backyard. “Boom!” went the soft sound of her landing.
Mia gasped. “A real star!” she said, her eyes wide with wonder. “Hello, Mia. I’m Twinkle,” the little star said. Together, they played hide-and-seek in the garden. Twinkle’s soft light made the flowers glow in the dark. “Swoosh!” went the wind as they danced around.
When it was time to say goodbye, Twinkle felt a warm spark inside her. She realized she had been shining all along—just in her own special way. “Thank you, Mia,” Twinkle said. “You helped me see my light.”
Twinkle returned to the sky, glowing brighter than ever. Sparkle smiled and said, “You always had it in you, Twinkle.” From that day on, Twinkle’s light filled the night with a soft, magical glow.
And every night, Mia would look up at the sky and smile, knowing her friend Twinkle was shining just for her.
The end.
